Prayer Meeting

As we’re fond of saying here at A&L:

"When we work, we work, but when we pray, God works!"

At a normal Prayer Meeting we meet for coffee at 7.30pm. It’s ‘eyes down’ at 8. We sing a couple of songs. We hear a word from the Bible. We pray for four topics. And we guarantee to always finish bang on 9pm. Importantly nobody is forced to pray out loud if they don’t want to. God hears all our prayers whether said aloud or in the quiet of our hearts.

Prayer meetings always take place on the first Wednesday of each month and alternates between Alfold and Loxwood church rooms.
